I’m James Lovell, an author and (self-proclaimed) professional daydreamer. I’ve created The Magical World of Zealandia, a fantasy realm set over New Zealand’s Southern Alps.
Why the name Zealandia? Well, it’s the name early European mapmakers gave to New Zealand. It sounded cool, had a magical vibe, and let’s face it—Middle Earth was already taken.
So, what’s the deal with this blog? Every week, I’ll be posting a short story set in The Magical World of Zealandia.
